Test Technician

Job Short Description: Responsible for managing and improving test processes to achieve process capability, productivity, yield, and quality targets. Perform tester maintenance, troubleshooting, process monitoring, and ensure compliance with work instructions, ESD, ISO, and company requirements. For Lead role, guide technicians and engineering operators, coordinate shift activities, and drive continuous improvement.
