Team Leader - Takaful

Eligibility Qualifications Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) from an HEC-recognized institute/university. Preference will be given to candidates holding JAIBP certification. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Skills Strong written and verbal communication. Knowledge of Takaful systems. Understanding of Takaful regulations. Familiarity with policies and procedures. Experience Minimum of 10 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years of managerial experience. Key Responsibilities Overseeing the management and administration of the Bank's Takaful portfolio, including the Bankers Blanket Bond (BBB) Policy. Leading the end-to-end management of insurance claims, reviewing interim coverages and policy endorsements, and ensuring timely policy renewals. Monitoring and reporting daily excess cash positions, analyzing insurance portfolio performance, and preparing management reports. Liaising with Takaful providers to strengthen insurance governance, resolving complex issues, and performing other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department or senior management.
