Coordinator, Contractor Audit & Compliance

Civeo Canada Employees LP is seeking a Coordinator, Contractor Audit & Compliance to support and strengthen contractor compliance, workforce competency, training assurance, and operational compliance programs across our operations. Reporting within the Operational Excellence framework, this position plays a key role in ensuring contractors, employees, and operational processes meet regulatory requirements, client expectations, company standards, and industry best practices. The successful candidate will provide oversight of contractor management systems, Prime Contractor obligations, compliance audits, competency verification, and continuous improvement initiatives that help reduce risk and support safe, efficient operations. Working collaboratively with Operations, Safety, Human Resources, Procurement, and Contractor Management teams, the Coordinator will promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and operational excellence across Civeo's remote worksites.
