MIG Welder - 2 required

Aureol Global Connections is looking for 2 proficient MIG Welders to enhance our dynamic team. As a MIG Welder, you will be integral to our production process, applying your welding skills to fabricate and assemble metal components with precision and care. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate MIG welding machines to weld and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
• Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Work closely with the production team to address and resolve fabrication challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety guidelines are met.
• Document welding activities, including materials used and processes followed.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on workflow improvements.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on welding techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant welding certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrable experience as a MIG Welder or in a similar position within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of MIG welding techniques and experience with various metals.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on producing quality welds.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the role.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to different projects and work environments.
