Shipping Specialist

About The Role
- Handle domestic and international import/export shipping and customs clearance operations, including domestic cargo delivery and preparation of shipping documents.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with overseas warehouses and liaise with local freight forwarders for import/export customs clearance and shipment arrangements.
- Maintain import/export operation records and certification documentation for imported products.
- Handle freight forwarder inquiries, quotation comparisons, price negotiations, and logistics expense reimbursement/payment requests.
- Apply for import permits for special or regulated items.
- Experience in electronics/electrical product import/export, customs brokerage, or customs clearance operations is preferred.
- Good English business writing skills are preferred.
- Experience in the import/export of dangerous goods is preferred.
- 1. Business travel is required.
- 2. Ability to work independently.
