Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plan and Work Instructions

• Create PM plans and standard work instructions for all machines
• Ensure PM activities are systematic, practical, and aligned with actual machine conditions

Prepare Spare Part Master List

• Identify and list missing or unavailable spare parts
• Support the creation of a basic spare part inventory in the system

Study and Analyze Technician Workload

• Study current technician workload and task distribution
• Propose ways to optimize and utilize manpower more efficiently
• Improve productivity by balancing workload based on priority and skill level
