We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Lead to take full ownership of the marketing function and drive the strategy, execution, and performance that support business growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing professional with strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, paid media, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

\* Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
\* Own and optimize SEO and Google Ads performance to drive growth and maximize ROI.
\* Lead content direction and brand positioning across relevant marketing channels.
\* Manage and oversee the external marketing agency, ensuring high-quality and effective deliverables.
\* Evaluate and challenge agency outputs based on performance, quality, and business objectives.
\* Analyze marketing data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
\* Forecast, plan, and continuously optimize marketing performance and key KPIs.
\* Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and overall marketing performance.
\* Take end-to-end ownership of marketing activities, from strategy and planning through execution and optimization.
## Requirements
\* Proven experience in Performance Marketing, with strong expertise in SEO and Paid Media.
\* Demonstrated experience in developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies.
\* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
\* Experience managing, evaluating, or working closely with external marketing agencies.
\* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance metrics, and campaign optimization.
\* Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
\* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
\* High level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
\* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
