Salary & Benefits

• \- Salary range: $7,000 - $10,000, commensurate with experience.

Office Location & Working Hours

• \- Location: Tai Seng.
• \- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• \- Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
• \- Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery.
• \- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• \- Identify potential project risks and address issues proactively.
• \- Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and regulatory requirements.
• \- Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
• \- Provide regular updates to management and clients on project status.
• \- Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively.
• \- Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.
• \- Ensure successful completion of projects and proper documentation for handover.

Job Requirements

\- 1-3 years working experience as a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
\- Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and on-site resources.
\- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
\- Strong communication and writing skills.
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
