Job responsibilities

  • \- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for professional services roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • \- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment advice.
  • \- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • \- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • \- Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • \- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs within the professional services sector.
  • \- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • \- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business development goals and expand the client portfolio.
  • \- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • \- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including placement and revenue goals.

Job requirements

  • \- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • \- CEI certified or willing to take CEI certification
  • \- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably within the Professional or Financial Services related industries.
  • \- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and market trends.
  • \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • \- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • \- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes.
  • \- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • \- A strong network within the professional services sector is highly desirable.
