## Description

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support, incident resolution, and operational stability across Linux, Windows, and network environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide second-level support for Linux and Windows platforms
Perform advanced system and application monitoring & analysis
Troubleshoot OS, application, and connectivity issues
Manage incidents through ticketing tools and ensure SLA adherence
Support on-site technical interventions when required
Collaborate with higher support tiers and vendors
Communicate directly with clients for issue handling and updates
Contribute to operational improvements and preventive actions

## Requirements

Strong Linux / Windows administration experience
Solid understanding of monitoring and performance analysis
Good networking troubleshooting capabilities
Experience with ticketing / ITSM tools
Strong English fluency
Strong communication & client-facing skills
Saudi National
