**Responsibilities:**

Manage email inbox and respond to provider inquiries
Process referrals to clinicians
Assist employees with general inquiries
Coordinate patient/client intake
Provide administrative support, including help with provider schedules, referrals, and inquiries

## Requirements

At least 6 months experience handling a **healthcare account (Intake Coordinator)**
With experience in coordinating with **providers** and **clinicians**
Good verbal & written English skills
Proficient with MS Tools
Amenable working onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
Willing to work **night shifts**
