**Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

Review and audit session notes submitted by ABA Therapists for accuracy and completeness
Ensure documentation meets required standards and guidelines
Identify discrepancies and provide feedback as needed
Maintain organized records and track review progress
Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets

## Requirements

At least 6 months BPO experience
Experience handling a **healthcare account (ABA)** is a **PLUS**, not required
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd,** **Mandaluyong**
Amenable working night shift
