Your expertise is needed! We are looking for a dedicated licensed counselor to join our growing network, offering virtual mental health support to those in need—all from the comfort of your own home. This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Remote
**Hours**: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

**Your Role**:

• Lead virtual therapy sessions and help clients navigate their mental health journey.
• Create a safe space for clients to express their emotions and experiences.
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve meaningful goals for their well-being.
• Develop personalized treatment strategies and put them into action based on your professional judgment.

**Salary**: **$115,000 - $120,000** annually, plus a robust benefits package.

Requirements

• **Master’s** degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision **(LMFT, LPC, LCSW).**
• Experience in delivering therapy and designing individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on trust-building.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with online therapy tools.
