Description

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced, passionate **Math & Science Tutors** to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. **What you'll do:**

Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's goals, accommodations, and learning profile
Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, grade-level standards, and the specific accommodations or modifications each student requires
Adapt instruction in real time based on student questions, progress, and engagement
Track student progress and communicate effectively with families and, where applicable, school district partners

Requirements

**Bachelor's degree required**
**Experience working with students who have education needs**
**Ability to design and deliver lesson plans** aligned to student goals and accommodations
**Strong virtual instruction skills** — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
**Ability to pass a background check**
**Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace**
