Job Description

Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Days, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Location: 895 Howard Gap Road; Fletcher, NC 28732

• Contributes to the overall patient experience.
• Supports the clinical team in administrative tasks.
• Monitors and adheres to metrics-based performance standards.
• Facilitates seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with internet-based applications.
• Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records programs
• Call center/Clinic telephony experience

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
