About the Role

Join ShopBack as a Campaigns Manager, driving campaign strategy and execution across our Singapore and Malaysia markets. You'll own the performance of multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, with the opportunity to build and lead the team responsible for delivering them.

What You'll Own

Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns independently, and also setting clear priorities and reviewing quality of output when it comes to leading the team

Set and drive the marketing strategy across multiple channels for these campaigns (CRM, website, ShopBack app, Paid initiatives) to hit traffic and user targets for SG and MY

Own the translation of business performance data into campaign, channel, and segmentation strategy — and hold the team accountable to the same rigor

Represent Marketing in cross-functional forums with Local (Social Media, Business Development, Ops, Customer Service) and Regional (CRM, Design, Data, Performance Marketing, Product and Business Development) teams, influencing direction rather than just executing it

Convert ambiguous business problems into structured, data-backed recommendations and drive them through to execution

Continuously refine workflows, mindsets, and operational methods through autonomous experimentation, unlearning, and relearned practices to optimize overall output

Track industry and competitive trends to identify new campaign opportunities ahead of the market

What We're Looking For

Must-have

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing/commercial roles, with hands-on campaign planning experience
  • High agency — takes ownership and drives results without waiting on directions
  • Strong track record using data and analytics to drive campaign and channel decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions without direct authority
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve workflows and drive efficiency at scale
  • Strong communicator — confident in both writing and speaking; proactively engaging cross region and remote stakeholders across markets
  • Strong project management skills, able to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Nice-to-have

  • Prior people management or team lead experience
  • Experience in digital/tech/e-commerce environments
  • Prior exposure to SEA multi-market marketing operations
  • Experience building or scaling a team from a small base
