This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Flutter Mobile Developer | Pleno based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for a mid-level mobile developer to build and evolve high-quality applications using Flutter and <Dart.You> will contribute across the full mobile development lifecycle, from feature implementation to store publication and production monitoring.The role combines technical ownership with close collaboration across Backend, Design, and Product <teams.You> will work on complex features while prioritizing usability, performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.The position also involves integrating APIs and leveraging Firebase services to create reliable and responsive mobile <experiences.You> will join a technology-driven environment where engineering quality, continuous improvement, and modern development practices are highly valued.The role is fully remote and open to professionals who want to grow their expertise in cross-platform mobile development.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications with Flutter and Dart, implementing features according to defined business and product requirements.
• Build complex mobile features while following technical standards and best practices for Android, iOS, and cross-platform development.
• Apply strong principles of usability, performance, security, maintainability, and scalability throughout the development process.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and external services, ensuring smooth, reliable, and responsive user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Design, and Product teams to define and deliver cohesive mobile solutions.
• Manage the complete application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, publication, monitoring, and ongoing support for Android and iOS applications.
• Implement automated testing practices, including unit, widget, and integration tests, to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Manage app releases and publication processes across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Monitor applications in production and contribute to troubleshooting, performance improvements, and continuous evolution.
• Use version control and collaborative development practices such as Gitflow or equivalent workflows.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience developing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience creating Flutter animations using Lottie or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of dependency injection and modern mobile application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with the complete publication and management lifecycle of applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Solid experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Strong practical knowledge of the Firebase ecosystem, including Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging (FCM), Remote Config, and Firestore.
• Experience with mobile software testing, including unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests.
• Experience using Git, preferably with Gitflow or a similar branching strategy.
• Strong understanding of software quality, maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical topics clearly.
• As a plus, experience with Backend development and GCP services, particularly Cloud Functions and Cloud Run.
• As a plus, experience configuring or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Codemagic.
• Knowledge of native mobile development with Kotlin/Java for Android or Swift/Objective-C for iOS is considered an advantage.
