Mobile Developer - Mid level

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mobile Developer - Mid level based in Brazil.

This is a part-time opportunity for a mid-level mobile developer to contribute to the evolution of a robust Flutter <application.You> will work on a strategic international project within the security sector, developing new features and improving an existing mobile product.The role combines hands-on development with opportunities to influence application design and user <experience.You> will collaborate with the project team through planning and alignment meetings, contributing ideas and practical technical solutions.The environment values autonomy, clear communication, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.The initial engagement is structured as a four-month project, with the possibility of extension.With flexible hours and a fully remote setup, the position offers a strong opportunity to contribute to an international project on a part-time basis.

Accountabilities

• Develop and implement new mobile features using Flutter, contributing to the continued evolution of the application.
• Maintain and enhance existing Flutter functionality, ensuring reliability, performance, and a consistent user experience.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve the application's design, usability, and overall user experience.
• Participate in project planning, alignment, and technical discussions with relevant stakeholders.
• Understand project needs and translate them into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and share technical knowledge with the wider team.
• Deliver assigned work in line with agreed priorities, timelines, and project expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Flutter.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Firebase.
• Ability to work with technical English in an international project environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly understand and discuss project requirements.
• Proactive mindset, with the confidence to suggest technical improvements and solutions.
• Strong organization and commitment to agreed deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed project team.

Nice to have

• Experience developing for Android using Kotlin or Java.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture and related mobile development best practices.
