This is an opportunity for an experienced Latvian voice professional to contribute directly to the development of next-generation AI voice <technologies.You>’ll use your expertise in pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression to create and evaluate high-quality training data.The role combines professional voice performance with linguistic evaluation and AI-focused quality <assessment.You>’ll record scripted content, review AI-generated speech, identify errors, and provide detailed feedback to improve voice models.Your work will help make AI interactions more natural, accurate, expressive, and accessible across a wide range of applications.This freelance opportunity offers the chance to apply your creative and linguistic expertise within a rapidly evolving technology environment.

Accountabilities

• Record high-quality scripted voice content in Latvian for AI training and speech model development.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech samples for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression.
• Identify, annotate, and document issues or inconsistencies in generated speech and provide actionable feedback.
• Assess regional and linguistic variations to help improve the authenticity and versatility of Latvian voice models.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine prompts, evaluation methodologies, and voice design guidelines.
• Apply professional voice-acting expertise to ensure training data consistently meets quality and performance standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, or a related performance field in Latvian.
• Native-level or highly proficient Latvian language skills with strong pronunciation and linguistic awareness.
• Strong understanding of vocal delivery, including tone, pacing, clarity, emotional expression, and natural speech patterns.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle linguistic or audio-quality issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for providing clear and structured feedback.
• Experience in training, coaching, linguistic annotation, AI evaluation, or similar work is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and reliably in a freelance environment.
• Access to a high-quality recording setup, including a reliable microphone, quiet recording environment, secure computer, and stable internet connection.
