What You'll Do

Manage ongoing relationships with influencers/creators, ensuring monthly campaigns remain active and on track

Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaign execution, including contracts, content approvals, and ensuring creators go live on time and on brief

Keep an updated, accurate record of campaign progress, contracts, and live activities across internal tracking systems

Manage product deliveries and proactively communicate timelines with creators to ensure smooth coordination

Support tracking of influencer performance dashboards, identify what's working, and flag clear "invest" or "pause" recommendations to the wider team

Participate in key business development rotations across CRM, Influencer Marketing (IM), Partnerships, and Promotions, owning tracking and alignment to ensure nothing slips between teams

Who You Are

  • Currently an undergraduate college student taking a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Has 12 academic units or less in the current semester or upcoming semester.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail, especially when managing multiple contracts and campaign timelines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with data and tracking tools (spreadsheets, dashboards) to monitor performance and flag insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with external creators/influencers
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset — able to manage logistics and follow through without heavy supervision
  • Interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and the creator economy
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to shifting priorities across multiple teams (CRM, IM, Partnerships, Promotions)
  • Prior experience or coursework in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships is a plus but not required
