This is a senior-level opportunity for a data professional who thrives on turning complex information into clear, actionable business <insights.You> will work across the full data lifecycle, from collection and modeling to analysis, visualization, and governance.The role combines hands-on technical work with close collaboration across Engineering, Data, Product, and Business <teams.You> will help shape dashboards, KPIs, reports, and analytical solutions that support both strategic and operational decisions.There is also a strong focus on data quality, automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.The ideal environment is autonomous, collaborative, and technology-driven, with room to solve complex problems and influence how data is used.This is a fully remote position in Brazil with meaningful impact on data-driven transformation.

Accountabilities

• Collect, process, consolidate, model, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reliable business insights.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, management reports, Business Intelligence solutions, and analytical applications.
• Define, structure, monitor, and improve KPIs and performance indicators aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain data solutions that support operational and strategic needs, while automating recurring analytical and operational processes.
• Integrate and validate datasets from different sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, governance, and reliability.
• Conduct analytical studies to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and potential improvements, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, methodologies, procedures, and documentation related to data solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing and collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Business teams to ensure solutions effectively address organizational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, information flows, and the overall use of data across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, Business Intelligence, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, integration, and analytical processes.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Strong experience with Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or another programming language for data analysis and automation.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating different datasets.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and validation practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective, data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data concepts and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, autonomous, organized, and comfortable working on complex problems with limited supervision.
