What you'll be doing

Execute hybrid-casual game ideation, prototype, and production process

Collaborate with the team to build high-performing hybrid-casual games

Use play test and performance data to iterate quickly and decide which prototype games move to production

Desired skills and experiences

Fresh graduates from reputable universities

Excellent communication skills

Being data-driven and results-oriented

Strong enthusiasm for gaming and a genuine commitment to deliver outstanding player experiences
