Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiativesand other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area andultimately the FC to meet and exceed business plan.2. Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance andcustomer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.3. Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Operationsand Area Managers.4. Measure performance, provides feedback, and holds OpsManagers accountable for their performance and theperformance of their departments.5. Leverage the Operations and Area Managers by sourcing andnurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation ofimprovement plans for the functional area.6. Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are sharedacross all departments, shifts and among the network.7.
