Goal of the role

Main responsibilities
- Business Support & Management Consulting
- Business Partnering — Sparring for GM, Operations, Sales
- Strategic analyses — profitability, pricing, product mix, scenarios
- Potential for success — identification of growth, efficiency and margin levers
- Management Consulting — Recommendations, Basis for Decision-making, Business Cases
- Performance control — KPIs, dashboards, target systems
- Part of the management team — active role in meetings, decisions and priorities
- Classic Finance Responsibility
- Financial controlling — monthly financial statements, forecasts, variance analyses
- Accounting Control — Compliance, Audit Readiness
- Cash Management — Liquidity, Payment Approvals
- Reporting to HQ — complete, undistorted data
- Process discipline — SOPs, Policies, Delegation of Authority
- Risk Management — Identify risks, escalate them at an early stage
- Team leadership — further development of the local finance team
Reporting Lines & Governance
- The role reports directly to the MD, with a functional reporting line to the CFO
- Functional independence from local operational managers
- Active member of the local management team
- Obligation to escalate data deviations or political interventions
Professional requirements
- Controlling Excellence — strong analytical skills
- Business Analyze — Profitability, Pricing, Scenarios
- Experience in international companies — ideally in matrix organizations or multinational production environments
- Tax audit experience — dealing with local authorities, documentation, preparation, risk management
- IFRS/Local GAAP
- Audit Experience — External and Internal Audits
- SAP experience — confident handling of FI/CO, ideally also MM/PP
- English and or German

- At least 10 years of experience in senior finance roles
