Senior IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Effectively communicate with business units, vendors, and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues proactively to avoid project delays.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation for audits and governance processes.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.
• Strong project planning and scheduling skills.
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation.
• Budget management and financial control experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and audit processes.
