Core Support Technician

• Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days on-site and 1 day WFH.
• At Coforge, we are hiring Core Support Technician (#22774) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and configuration of KnowBe4 products according to customer needs and environments.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, document, and resolve technical issues while managing the ticketing queue.
• Communicate directly with customers to gather information, address questions, and resolve product-related issues.
• Conduct technical walkthroughs and webinars and collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or related technical support position.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT security field.
• Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Integrity, accountability, respect, and commitment.

Preferred Skills

• Two-year degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with firewall and email protocols.
• Experience with customer-facing technical support.
• Experience with ticketing systems and technical issue management.
