We work across clothing and furniture. As a small, hands-on team, everyone's work has a direct impact on how our brands look, feel, and grow.

We're looking for an Accounting Intern to join us on-site and support the financial backbone behind our three brands. You'll get hands-on exposure to how a multi-brand company manages its books, invoices, and reporting, working closely with the team responsible for keeping Heimwee's finances accurate and on track.

What you'll do

Help process purchase and sales invoices across our three brands

Support bank reconciliations and follow-up on outstanding payments

Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for management

Help maintain accurate records in our accounting software

Support VAT filings and other administrative/compliance tasks

Assist with cost tracking per brand to help the team understand margins and performance

Work with colleagues across operations and marketing to gather the financial info they need

What we're looking for

Currently studying accounting, finance, business economics, or a related field

Comfortable working with numbers and an eye for detail and accuracy

Basic knowledge of Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus

Organized, discreet, and reliable when handling sensitive financial information

Fluent in English
