Senior Data Engineer

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining the data warehouse and overall data architecture, keeping scalability and performance in mind.
• Create and improve data pipelines and ETL processes that serve both analytical and operational needs.
• Implement integrations connecting various internal platforms and third-party systems.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards and governance practices, including validation and monitoring routines.
• Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to make sure trustworthy data is available for decision-making.
• Build and evolve the data infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform ( GCP ), BigQuery , dbt , and Apache Superset.

What We Expect

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a Data Engineer role.
• Solid working knowledge of GCP and BigQuery .
• Practical experience using dbt for data modeling and transformations.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Proven track record of building and tuning ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with Apache Superse t or similar BI/visualization tools.
• Comfortable with everyday development tooling such as Git, Docker, and Jira.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to think analytically and turn concepts into working solutions.
• Previous experience in banking or fintech would be considered an advantage.
