Lead the way with strategic vision and impactAs Director of Land Development, you will oversee large-scale site design projects from conception to completion throughout Southern Connecticut. Your role will involve empowering your team, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the development of the communities where you live and work. About the RoleBohler’s Fairfield, CT office is seeking a Director of Land Development to oversee complex land development projects, commercial, residential, and industrial, across the region. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of development, from feasibility and design to permitting and construction support, driving results that exceed client expectations and foster long-term growth.
