About The Role

You are able to manage the overall validation program for all operations and systems within the organization Support multiple locations in executing validation protocols effectively Interface extensively with various teams including Quality, Research and Development, Safety, and Healthcare personnel You will assist plant operations in process validation and analytical method site qualifications related to new plant commissioning, processes, and analytical methods by directing work and analyzing results for continuous improvement Assess validation performance using statistical methods to ensure accuracy and reliability You are expected to develop analytical method protocols, site qualification studies, and analyzer operating methods to maintain high standards Create and deliver training programs for new analyzers to enhance team capabilities Serve as a resource to Quality and Corporate Assessment teams on validation-related matters and provide training and coaching to location validation teams
