FACILITY MANAGER

Coordinate and manage all on-site activities and operations including maintenance, repair, cleaning, and security to ensure the facility is safe, up to code, and fully operational (electrical system supply, water system supply, pneumatic system supply, HVAC, fire protection system, etcetera). Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements in compliance with company standards. Conduct and document regular facility inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage and review service contracts and vendor relationships to ensure facilities services meet company cost and quality standards. Forecast, allocate and supervise the annual facility CAPEX budget and expenditures. Respond to facility emergencies and be available on-call to address urgent facility needs such as power outages, equipment failures, etc. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in facility management and propose strategic improvements if necessary. Manage the moving, adding, and changing of office and lab space to meet company needs and ensure employee comfort and productivity. Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations. Implementation of all technical installations (floors, clothes etc.) for ESD protection in accordance with specific standards as ESD Coordinator. Create and establish emergency preparedness plans and update them regularly. Provide technical support and training to staff and other stakeholders regarding facility operations and safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of the condition of the facility and other systems within the building. Coordinate and plan essential central services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal, and recycling
