Marketing Coordinator - Poland

Overview: Support the Senior Field Marketing Managers for the DACHEE and UKI regions, and the EMEA Field Marketing Director by managing marketing planning, communications, and event/webinar activities across multiple markets and languages. In This Role You Will... • Manage and maintain detailed marketing planning workflows in Asana. • Create, collate, and synthesise information from Asana into clear internal communications and slide decks. • Provide remote support for local event delivery and webinar execution across various countries, languages, and target audiences. This includes managing contracts, orders and deliveries. • Align with local marketers on event design assets including slide decks, social posts, promotional assets and other event related collateral. • Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of marketing plans. • Utilise strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work at a fast pace. • Track marketing activities within Marketo, Salesforce, and other platforms as needed. You Have Got What it Takes If you Have... • Proven experience in marketing planning and project coordination. • Proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and Canva. • Familiarity with Marketo, Pathfactory and Salesforce is highly desirable. • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across time zones and multicultural teams. • Comfortable working remotely and aligning with Central European working hours. • Experience supporting multilingual marketing activities is a plus and fluent English is a must, working knowledge of German is highly desired. • The ideal candidate will bring an impressive mix of creativity and organisation to this role.
