About The Role
Bristlecone India Limited’s SAP Procurement – Delivery team is seeking a Specialist in SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC). The role will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Ariba SCC solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and will mentor junior resources while delivering measurable improvements in supplier engagement and procurement efficiency.
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of SAP Ariba SCC, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Integrate Ariba SCC with SAP S/4HANA/ECC using middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Cloud Integration) and ensure data consistency.
- Configure supplier collaboration workflows such as catalogs, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory visibility.
- Provide functional expertise on procurement processes (procure‑to‑pay, sourcing, supplier onboarding) and map them to Ariba SCC capabilities.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and suppliers to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data mapping challenges.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and documentation in line with governance standards.
- Support post‑go‑live hypercare, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑sharing within the SAP Procurement practice.
- Stay current with Ariba roadmap, releases, and best practices to recommend enhancements.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.
- Strong functional knowledge of procurement processes and supplier collaboration.
- Proven experience integrating Ariba SCC with SAP S/4HANA or ECC (PI/PO, Cloud Integration, APIs).
- SAP Ariba certification (e.g., Ariba SCC Functional Consultant) preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies and project governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across India as needed.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is advantageous.
