About The Role

- 工作职责：
- 【工作时间】
- 时间：早班:6:00-15:00
- 晚班:15:00-24:00
- 通宵班：23：00-次日早7：00（24小时营业门店有，一周一次）
- 【工作职责】
- 1.现场值班：巡检营运现场是否符合标准，解决营运现场突发问题；
- 2.设备管理：对餐厅设施设备维养进行计划性管理；
- 3.品质管理：对食品生产、制作各环节进行有效管理，保证符合公司标准，确保出品质量；
- 4.团队管理：对餐厅员工进行带训、辅导、协调安排日常工作、团队建设等，打造攻坚团队；
- 5.订货排班：对餐厅人员物料进行合理预估及安排；
- 6.运营数据管理：通过营运系统对相关指标进行分析、管控，从而对成本控制及利润做管理优化
- 任职资格：
- 【岗位要求】
- 1.18-28周岁，大专及以上学历，专业不限，欢迎应届实习生加入；
- 2.性格开朗，具备较好的沟通能力和学习能力；
- 3.热爱餐饮服务行业，可适应灵活排班与快节奏的工作，诚信正直、责任感强。
