To establish and maintain excellent associate relations and morale to achieve a high standard of associate performance in line with Starwood’s guest satisfaction objectives, as well as the hotel’s business and strategic plans. Create and maintain a hotel culture that provides the environment required to meet the visions. 全面负责神州半岛喜来登度假酒店及神州半岛福朋喜来登酒店的人力资源功能，保证人力资源部顺利有效运作；建立及保持良好的员工关系和士气，以提高员工服务标准达到集团客人满意目标及完成酒店的商业战略计划。创造良好的企业文化，达到集团宗旨要求。
