About The Role

The Fulfillment Associate is primarily responsible for mortgage annotation, title monitoring, regularization of documentary deficiencies, and other loan-related post-booking functions. The role supports the Bank's risk management efforts by ensuring the timely completion of collateral and documentary requirements, minimizing loan exposure and operational risks. Main Responsibilities Perform mortgage annotation and monitor title delivery to ensure timely completion of collateral documentation. Regularize and monitor documentary deficiencies of housing loan accounts to minimize the Bank's risk and exposure. Maintain and update records and monitoring databases related to loan documentation and title status. Coordinate with clients, developers, service providers, and internal units regarding documentary requirements, title delivery, and post-booking concerns. Handle post-booking inquiries related to housing loan documentation, mortgage annotation, title status, and account regularization. Support risk mitigation initiatives by ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and safeguarding the Bank's collateral interests. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Management, or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in banking operations, loan documentation, or housing loans is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented, computer literate, and able to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
