Job Description & Summary: Acquire NAV data from approved sources including Bloomberg (BBG), client websites/portals, and email communication. Validate and update NAV values in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_Monitoring Analyst_Advisory_Pune Responsibilities: Continuously monitor 20,000+ NAV records and track movements across portfolios. Apply understanding of NAV concepts, pricing, NAV calculation methodologies, and open-end/closed-end fund structures to identify unusual movements and exceptions. Review NAV declines/increases, monitor ATE and trigger events, and escalate issues in line with established procedures. Maintain awareness of relevant ISDA documentation and its impact on monitoring requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and counterparties to resolve discrepancies and obtain required information. Maintain appropriate audit trail and documentation, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Understanding of exception management, escalation processes, and operational controls. Awareness of ISDA documentation and trigger-based monitoring. Proficiency in data validation, reconciliation, and process documentation. Mandatory skill sets: NAV Calculations Preferred skill sets: Pricing Years of experience required: 2 to 5 Years Education qualification: Post Graduation/Graduation
