Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate/Manager - GenAI & Agentic AI to design, develop, and implement next-generation AI solutions that transform business processes and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building intelligent AI agents, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-native technologies to deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_Agentic AI_AA_Advisory_PAN India Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions to automate business workflows and enhance decision-making. · Build intelligent AI agents using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and enterprise data sources. · Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable AI-powered applications. · Develop, test, and optimize prompts, agent reasoning workflows, APIs, and system integrations. · Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards. · Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvements. · Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive innovation and accelerate adoption. · Create technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams. Mandatory skill sets: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. · 3-7 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or related technology roles. · Strong programming skills in Python. · Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering. · Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, orchestration frameworks, multi-agent systems, and RAG implementations. · Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development. · Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and data platforms. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred skill sets: · Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI Service, and related Azure cloud technologies. · Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar platforms. · Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and enterprise search solutions. · Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and production deployment of AI applications. · Exposure to responsible AI, model governance, and AI security practices.
