Requirements & Qualifications Self-starter Ability to learn and take directions Ability to work with others Punctual Dependable Motivated Strives for continuous improvement Great attention to detail Stainless-Steel Tig Welding Experience for at least 2 years Custom Fabrication Experience for at least 2 years Ability to ready Blueprints/Drawings-Not a requirement but a plus Excellent attention to detail and willingness to perform at high standards Valid Drivers License Ability to travel approximately 15-20% Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Technical training a plus- not required Schedule Full-Time Day Shift Oconomowoc WI In-person Compensation Compensation based on skill set and experience Benefits 401(k) w/up to 5% match after one year Health, Dental & Vision insurance from day one Disability Insurance Life Insurance PTO 9 paid Holidays including your Birthday Overtime after 8
