Schedule: Monday - Friday, Office-Based Pay Rate: $120k - $160k annually, DOE Location: Candidates may work from Chandler, AZ; Hillsboro, OR; or Boise, ID Travel: Must be able to travel locally and domestically as needed; international travel may be required Position Type: Full Time Benefits : This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Act as account owner for Strategic OEM Customer Account. Lead and manage a team of Operations Managers responsible for supporting business at customer locations and sites. Responsible for implementing account management initiatives and ensuring that the expertise and resources within the organization are available to support any agreed initiatives. Report on performance KPI’s and metrics to Customer & internal executive management. Provide Technical mentoring and leadership to Operations Management teams. Drive high standards to achieve quality, safety and operational excellence. Coordinate and participate in site meetings between the business teams and customers. Actively seek out and pursue business development opportunities in support of the business development team. Manage, supervise, coordinate and monitor employee and team performance. Communicate strongly and effectively with all points of contact, internally and externally. Ensure the Health and Safety of staff/contractors working under WGNSTAR direction is of the highest standard. Plan and take action to protect Company & Customer assets, reputation, and ensure business continuity. Requirements: 15+ years’ experience in a management role. Strong background in Semiconductor Services and equipment. Strong business acumen. Customer-friendly, presentable, and personable as a Company Representative. Comfortable dealing with all levels in internal and external organizations. IT proficient with the ability to write clear, coherent, concise and professional emails/letters and presentations. Proven Leadership, coaching, and mentoring ability. Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making ability and high-level problem-solving skills. Demonstrated communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Drive and desire to identify, grow, and deliver business development opportunities. Ability to travel as required to support business needs. Preferences: The ideal candidate will have 15+ years’ experience in a Senior Field Operations Account Management role within the Semiconductor industry. Previous people and customer management experience is required and candidates must be comfortable working in both remote and office-based environments Physical Effort/Activities: On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
