About The Role

Program Integrator ROLE We need an experienced Program Integrator at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). This role supports Phase 1 development of the Blue UAS Cleared List, the program that evaluates and approves commercial unmanned aircraft systems (drones) for use across the Department of War, now managed by DCMA's Special Programs Command. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government designated Blue List projects and functional areas, coordinate with Government stakeholders and the Contractor Program Manager, and develop project schedules and status reporting materials. RESPONSIBILITIES Supports the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government designated Blue List projects and functional areas Coordinates with the Government Blue List Program Manager, CORs, Government Team Leads, the CPM, and other stakeholders to support successful execution of assigned projects Coordinates with the Government to develop implementation plans, operational procedures, project strategies, and recommendations supporting continued improvement and growth of the Blue List Program Plans, coordinates, monitors, and reports on assigned projects and functional areas to ensure alignment with Government priorities and program objectives Facilitates collaboration among Government stakeholders, contractor personnel, and external partners Develops and maintains project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, and other management artifacts Identifies risks, issues, resource constraints, and opportunities for process improvement and provides recommendations to the Government Blue List Program Manager and the CPM Prepares recurring status reports, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes Supports Government led meetings by coordinating logistics, documenting decisions and action items, and tracking follow up activities BACKGROUND/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (Business, Management, or a related business or technical field preferred) Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive project management experience, with direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance in defense programs Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Proven capability to manage multi tenant or cross functional stakeholder networks and compile rigorous programmatic deliverables (e.g., MSRs, Risk Matrices, and QMPs) Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership LOCATION Fort Lee, VA – DCMA Facility CLEARANCE Active or interim DoW security clearance; favorably adjudicated Tier 3 background investigation required Must be a US Citizen CLIENT Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Unmanned Systems-Experimental (US-X) command HOURS 40 hours per week 8 hours per day EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION Employment Classification Eligibility – W2 RELOCATION Not eligible for relocation benefits COMPENSATION Salary range: $100,000 – $140,000 Benefits: Benefits package includes options for health, dental, and vision insurance coverage; 401k contribution options. Individual’s primary workstation is located in an office area. The noise level in this environment is low to moderate. Regularly required to sit for extended periods up to 80% of the time; frequently required to move about to access file cabinets and use office equipment such as PC, copier, fax, telephone, cell phone, etc. Occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the use of computer monitor screens up to 80% of the time.
