Master the Demand: Review production schedules and precisely pull job tasks in the exact order set by team leadership. Bridge the Communication Gap: Team up with other departments to verify parts are on-hand, proactively raising the flag and solving shortages before they slow us down. Kitting & Logistics: Use designated bins, tubs, and pallets to perfectly stage and organize all required parts for upcoming weldments. Own the Paperwork: Gather, track, and manage all part-number documentation from the lines to ensure total inventory accuracy. What You Bring to the Table Active Problem Solver: You notice the small gaps in parts or workflow and fix them before they become big bottlenecks. Great Communicator: You easily talk to welders, leads, and inventory teams to keep everyone on the same page.
