SLP – Speech-Language Pathologist Location: Appleton City, Missouri Department: Rehab Therapy Schedule: Day positions available Job Description Key Rehab – Ellett Memorial Hospital is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its Rehab Therapy team in Appleton City, Missouri. This opportunity offers day positions . The selected clinician will provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services based on individual patient needs. Responsibilities may include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a patient-centered approach to rehabilitation. BLS certification and a valid state license or compact license are required. New graduates are welcome to apply and may be considered at a 10% lower bill rate . The position also requires a 90% productivity level ; compensation will decrease by 10% if the required productivity level is not maintained.
