Occupational Therapist – Travel Assignment We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment with Continuum Rehab – Spanish Trails Wellness & Rehab in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This opportunity is within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and is suited for an Occupational Therapist who can contribute to a dynamic rehabilitation team. Spanish Trails has a SNF census of approximately 120 with a high rehab-to-home population . The role includes evaluations, daily treatments, and discharges. Prior SNF experience is strongly preferred , and the facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the team within 2–3 weeks. Position Details Specialty: Rehab Therapy Discipline: Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico Shift: Days Assignment Length: 13 weeks Prospective Start Date: July 27, 2026 Prospective End Date: October 26, 2026 Work Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations Provide daily occupational therapy treatments Complete patient discharges Contribute to the rehabilitation team within the SNF setting Provide services to a population with a high rehab-to-home focus Candidate Requirements Occupational Therapist (OT) Prior SNF experience is strongly preferred Ability to work daytime shifts Ability to perform evaluations, daily treatments, and discharges Availability to join the team within approximately 2–3 weeks Schedule The position is scheduled for day shifts . Work Setting The position is based at Spanish Trails Wellness & Rehab , a skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico . The facility has a reported SNF census of 120 and a high rehab-to-home population , providing an opportunity to work as part of its dynamic rehabilitation team.
