DescriptionMolding Support – Plastics (Band 2)
Starting Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.90/hour with differential (based on experience)
Shift 3: Sunday – Friday 11pm – 7am

What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)
- Monitor injection molding components with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform quality checks, and deflash parts to meet customer specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols — your wellbeing and that of your teammates come first.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with team members and actively contribute to a positive, supportive environment.
- Stay flexible — assist with other areas or buildings as business needs change.
- Show up strong: reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
What You Bring
- Experience in injection molding or extrusion processes (preferred).
- Comfort using hand tools and measuring equipment (tape measure proficiency a plus).
- A mechanical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs safely and effectively.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to keep learning new skills.

QualificationsEssential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be able successfully complete testing sheets and other documents.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules and customer specifications with minimum supervision.
- Interpersonal and group communications skills are necessary
- Be familiar with, and use, measuring tools.
- Must be able to read and interpret customer spec cards and maintain production flow
- Clean and maintain the work area
- Follow prescribed safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment
- Report defective materials, or questionable conditions, to the department supervisor
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or educational equivalent preferred
- Entry level, some experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
