MKE - Event and Retail Marketer

DescriptionAmerica's premier window and door replacement company, Renewal by Andersen, is looking for people who love to talk to and meet new people, travel across Wisconsin, and be a brand ambassador to build company rapport towards lead generation!

This isn't your typical 9 to 5 - it's an exciting opportunity for no day to ever be the same! Travel to events and retail spaces to market and promote a great product, be the friendly face of the company, and get paid an hourly base plus uncapped bonuses while doing it.

What you'll do as an Events and Retail Marketer

• Generate leads and appointments at Events (trade shows, fairs, and festivals), home shows, and retail sources
• Engage in conversations with homeowners, to create interest and educate on the products we offer
• Assist in the preparation, set-up, and take-down of tables, booths, totes tents, etc.

QualificationsWhat we are looking for

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personalities
• Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, bartending, or related fields
• Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation, must be able to fit tent inside

Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• Ability to lift 65lbs and load equipment into vehicle
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
