We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Director to lead multiple 3PL and MDO operations across a designated region. This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops high-performing teams, and drives sustainable business growth through strong operational and financial leadership.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Talent Development

Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers through structured development plans, performance discussions, and ongoing leadership training.
Build high-performing teams and create succession plans for critical leadership positions.
Partner with Recruiting and Human Resources to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Participate in final-round interviews and selection decisions for key leadership roles.
Drive operational performance across multiple final mile delivery locations.
Ensure sites operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Review operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service, and employee engagement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, 3PL, final mile, warehousing, or related industries.
Multi-site leadership experience with responsibility for operational and financial performance.
Strong experience coaching and developing leaders.
Proven ability to drive operational improvements and financial results.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience within final mile delivery operations.
Knowledge of transportation regulations, DOT requirements, and safety compliance standards.
Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
