DescriptionJob Summary

Delegate assignments to team members based on complexity, staff education and competency.
Administer medication, IV therapy, and nursing policies.
Make rounds on new admits as well as any issues.
Evaluate staffing based on census and make changes accordingly.
Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.

QualificationsEducation

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.

Experience

Minimum 1 year experience as a registered nurse. Supervisor experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities

Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required. Must be ACLS certified.
