First State Community Bank is seeking a quick learning, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic for a Loan Operations Specialist position. This position is responsible for filing and releasing liens on loan collateral and processing paid loan documents in a timely manner.

Responsibilities in Accordance with Our Corporate Values

Professionalism

Provide operational support to various branches regarding collateral management and loan documentation.

Accountability

Ensure the bank's lien position on collateral is secured and maintained by filing appropriate documents.
Process paid loan documents and mail to customers in a timely manner.

Initiative

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Take ownership of tasks and projects.

Adaptability

Handle other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate effectively on a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships
Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail & strong organizational skills are a must
Ability to learn quickly
Willing to adapt to change
