Customer Operations Coordinator

The Customer Operations Coordinator supports customer order fulfillment through accurate data entry, order processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. This hourly, non-exempt role is responsible for entering and maintaining customer orders and related account information in company systems, monitoring order status, supporting follow-up on delivery and documentation needs, and helping ensure customer commitments are executed accurately and on time.
